It seems since leaving Julia in Ecuador, she has been smitten by the moto travel bug.......she may have already logged more kilometers than I. She has been travelling from Cariamanga where I parted company with her in March, through Vilcabamba,Loja,Cuenca, Banos, Riobamba, Ambato, Guayaquil Canoa, Quito, and now in Alausi which is on the famous La Nariz del Diablo ( Devil's Nose ) train route......

Julia is doing all this on a 150cc Chinese scooter name Babe....so all you BMW GS enthusiast, leave your big bikes at home and for 1/2 the cost of shipping your bike 1 way you can buy a  NEW 250cc Adventure Enduro and spend the rest on travel.......unless you are intending to travel the Pan Am....no need for more than a 250cc moto  ....

Finally above 0 and snow is melting quickly.....after dinner looked out the front window and 3 deer were foraging for food........

  

Since returning from Ecuador/Peru, I have only seen overcast skies, cold COLD weather and Snow....this weekend all that came to an end with clear skies and warmth.....

A long list of upkeep items for the coming weeks as I have decided it is time to down size ..... means putting the house on the market. all of which comes with some new concerns as I have my son's boat in the garage plus lots of stuff to get rid of......ideally I can sell or give away most of  the household items ...... store 3 motorcycles , son's boat my RV and truck....just a pain in the Ar..

I am booked in at Sundown for December through to April...so it would be a relief to not have the house worries ..etc

I can live in the Rv for the summer while I sort buying a Condo or maybe just getting on my bike and take a trip around the world with no time line.......

Winter is returning what the **** I left South America 27th of March @ 30 degrees C........we are expecting up to 40cm of snow this weekend. My rides sit patiently in their stalls waiting for warmer weather.

 3:30 pm...still snowing with freezing rain expected tonight....

Even the Hot Tub is not readily accessible due to the snow drift by the patio door..........

 Where is Spring

This is what I am looking forward to....greenery and my ride..........to places yet to discover....

Ok...it my be called Clamping as it is better than a tent.....I do own one.....I usually trailer my bike at least once each year to Manitoulin Isl in Ontario.....it is the largest Island in the World that sits in a Fresh Water lake with over 60 lakes itself...all fresh water.....
